For Freedom

Here is a video my dad put together for Veteran's Day at church. I just wanted to share it with my friends and family who read my blog. The pictures are men and women from the church and their friends and family. Thank you so much to my Great Grandfather Sheridan Eastham, my Granddad Kutch Smithee, my Grandfather Roy Silvers, my Step Grandpa Carl Jeffery and my Great Uncle Herb Eastham, and all the men and women who served to give us our freedom.

Party of 5

**WARNING-Long post with LOTS of pics**
This past weekend me, Jerald and the kids went to Alabama to see Marittza. We had to drive to Dallas and then fly to Mobile because some of the flights on the way home didn't look good for standby. We had a wonderful weekend with all the kids.

At Don Pablo's, my favorite restaurant. Jace LOVED the queso and Jalen loved the music.

Jace's first plane ride since he was 4 months old. He wasn't happy till he had a train and we were moving. Shortly after take off though he was fast asleep.

It didn't take long for them to all warm up to each other and start acting like brothers and sister. It was really cute to see them interact with one another. Jalen was SO EXCITED to see his sister again.

We went to the mall and they had a huge bungee jump thing so we let Marittza try it she looked so nervous before her turn but she said it was fun.
On Sunday we went to the USS Alabama. This was something Jerald wanted to do and I wasn't sure the kids would really like it, but to my surprise they LOVED it!

After the Battleship we wanted to hit the beach. So Jerald had talked to the front desk person at the hotel and she said Pensacola, Florida was only about 45 minutes away. So instead of going back to Gulf Shores we headed to Florida.

We all had so much fun at the beach. I think next time we go and it is warm we will be staying the whole time at the beach.
