Aunt Sadie's B & B
So last year for our anniversary Jerald and I decided to go to Branson, MO. My parents gave us a gift certificate to bedandbreakfast.com, so I searched for something that I thought we would like and I found Aunt Sadie's Bed and Breakfast. I wasn't sure that a b & b would be our style but Aunt Sadie's was different. They had individual cabins not just a big house with lots of rooms. It was GREAT! We LOVED it! So a few months ago when we were looking to get away from the monsters angels we both wanted to go back to Aunt Sadie's. This time we stayed in the cabin next door to the one we stayed at last year. Reflections was the name of it and I wasn't sure if we would like it as much because Secret Garden, the cabin we stayed at last year was really nice. To our surprise though I think we like Reflections more. I highly recommend Aunt Sadie's to anyone looking for a nice quiet romantic getaway. The owner, Dick and Linda, are wonderful hosts. I think we will be going to Aunt Sadie's for many years to come.
The TV was hidden in that mirror
the deck with the hot tub was enclosed and surrounded by woods

We made it! 5 years and counting!
Five years ago today Jerald and I were married. In a small ceremony in my parents backyard. It was wonderful. I am so lucky to have married such an amazing man. Jerald I love you so much you are the best husband and father a girl could ask for.

SCHOOL!!!
Today was a momentous day in the life of my first born. He went to his first day of preschool.
He was SO excited! I didn't know what to expect when we got there. I wasn't sure if he would go right in or cling to me, but he went right in and was not concerned at all when I left. Jace on the other hand was not very happy about leaving brother with all those toys.
Jalen's school is only two days a week for two hours a day. It is in Bixby, the town next to us at their community center. He has been begging to go to school, so when I found out about this preschool I thought it would be perfect. I think this is going to be a good thing for him and a good transition to preschool at Glenpool next year.

Thunderbirds
The Thunderbirds are Jalen's favorite part of an airshow. He LOVES them. They are LOUD and FAST. Last year when we when to Branson for and airshow Jalen got a toy Thunderbird, he called it a pilot, that he loved and he flew it in the air when the Thunderbirds were on. So this year all he could talk about were the Thunderbirds and getting a new pilot.
Thunderbird 1
Thunderbird 2
Thunderbird 3
Thunderbird 4
Thunderbird 5
Thunderbird 6
I don't know why but I always think of the movie Top Gun during the Thunderbirds and I think they should be playing "highway to the danger zone"
We had to leave before they were done. We had an awesome time together and I think airshows will be something we continue to do as a family. (as long as the boys like it anyway)
Tora Tora Tora
At the airshow they did a reenactment of Pearl Harbor. It was called Tora, Tora, Tora! The planes that they use were in a movie. Jerald and I went to Pearl Harbor when we were in Hawaii in 2005, so it was interesting to see the reenactment and to think about the real Pearl Harbor and the that sank. It makes me so grateful fro the men and women who serve our country and who have lost their lives to protect us.
